Java Cafe and gallery on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, presented a series of 17 photographs called “In the City by Night.” The photos are a solo work of Sovan Philong, an independent professional photographer, working and living in Phnom Penh, and is known for his creative use of light including the light from a computer screen, headlamps, and fluorescent tubes.
