Just one month after Cambodia general election in 2018, Meach Sovanarra, former opposition figure and other 13 members of opposition party and activists were released from Prey Sar Prison after being pardoned by the King as requested by Prime Minister Hun Sen during early Tuesday morning on 28th August, 2018.
