Russian President Vladimir Putin is quickly moving to consolidate proposed constitutional reforms unveiled last week - the first in Russia in over a quarter century. The moves are part of a political shakeup that analysts say may be aimed at allowing Putin to retain influence when his current and final term at the Kremlin ends in 2024.
