Few Cambodians Visit Pagoda During Khmer New Year Amid Coronavirus Pandemic
For many Cambodians, Khmer New Year is an important time to spend time with friends and family and to visit pagoda to pay respect and bring food to Buddhist monks. But due to coronavirus outbreak, many Cambodians stay home, and few decide to visit the pagoda. VOA Khmer's Malis Tum reports from Phnom Penh.
