Former King Norodom Sihanouk Worries about Cambodian Territory - 2005-03-17

On his website today March 17 the former king of Cambodia, Norodom Sihanouk, mentions that the three neighboring countries of Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Lao are encroching into Cambodian territory.

The former king said the three neighbors ignore the treaties of 1963 and 1969 signed in Guandong China with the presence of the late Chou Eng Lay, Pham Van Duong and one of the thai leader.

The former king refers the responsibilities of protecting Cambodian borders to the president of the National Border Committee Var Kim Hong.
