A group of non-governmental organizations say the International Criminal Court (ICC) has received their lawsuit against the Cambodian judges and prosecutors for keeping suspects longer than the law allows without trials.
The NGOs say they filed a lawsuit with the ICC back in January after they had found out that the judges and the prosecutors had detained at least 309 people illegally.
It's not known what action the ICC will take.
