Opposition party president Mr. Sam Rainsy said Wednesday (March 3) the Cambodian People's Party has to form a single party government before the return of King Sihanouk from China in April.
Speaking to reporters at the Sam Rainsy Party headquarters, Mr. Sam Rainsy said in order to break the current political deadlock, the Alliance of Democrats is willing to allow CPP to form the government by itself.
Mr. Rainsy said FUNCINPEC and the Sam Rainsy together will form a big opposition party in the Parliament.
Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said if CPP is to form the government by itself, it will also take control of the Parliament.
