While the Cambodian People's Party are planning to celebrate the 7th of January as the Day of Liberation from the Khmer Rouge genocide regime, people who are living in the northwestern part of the country think of the occasion as a day when Cambodians become handicaps, orphans, widows.
They added this is the day that Vietnam invaded their country, that Cambodia lost territory and faced immigration problems.
