U.S. Congressmen Hear Testimony on Cambodia, Discuss Options for Further Sanctions

The U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific held a public hearing titled “Cambodia's Descent: Policies to Support Democracy and Human Rights” on Tuesday December 12, 2017 at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington DC. Giving testimony were Ms. Olivia Enos, policy analyst at The Heritage Foundation; Ms. Monovithya Kem, CNRP's deputy director general of public affairs; and Mr. Kenneth Wollack, president of National Democratic Institute.
