    The Internet has continued to challenge the media industry and change how people access information. In this “Digital Voices” segment, VOA Khmer’s Soeung Sophat, who attended the annual Online News Association conference in San Francisco, Calif., says the Internet is opening up vast news content directly to people through web and social media platforms. However, without a journalistic filter, it has been a double-edged development. He talks via Skype with VOA Khmer’s Poch Reasey.
