The Cambodian Opposition Party writes a letter to King Sihamoni Monday asking his majesty to help win the bail for jailed lawmaker Cheam Channy.
The leader of the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) Son Chhay says Cheam Channy's supporters in Kampong Chham are collecting signatures to send to the King to express their unhappiness that their representative is in jail.
It's not known how the king will reply to the SRP's letter.
