A group of non-governmental organization (NGO)reportedly plan to sue the whole Cambodian judicial system for holding over 100 people more than the 6 month period without trials.
Reliable sources told VOA that the NGOs plan to file their case with the international court of justice.
Cambodian court officials said those NGOs should file their complaint to the Cambodian ministry of justice instead because it's an internal affair of Cambodia.
The directors of the NGOs involved could not be reached for comments but sources close to them said the important thing is to bring awareness to the problem in Cambodia.
