International donors have pledged 504-million dollars to Cambodia for the next year. This was considerably less than the amount requested by Cambodia's government.
The pledges were accompanied by sharp criticism of the government's failure to curb corruption.
Cambodian Minister of Finance Kiet Chhon said Cambodia is committed to reforms in the coming years.
