Drought is Threatening Cambodia's Rice Production - 2004-11-08

Cambodia's government is warning that a drought is threatening Cambodia's rice production to the point that there could be starvation.

The warning comes as agricultural experts say there is a looming crisis in the rice industry in Asia - known as the world's rice bowl.
