The new national assembly will meet Thursday to discuss about the block vote and the vote by the show of hands in electing the new national assembly president and the new prime minister.
Eighty five parliamentary members signed a letter dated July 1st asking the Cambodian senate to call for a meeting in the lower house to vote on the additional clause to the constitution to allow the block vote.
Senator Chea Soth sent an invitation to the 123 newly elected parliamentary members to attend the Thursday morning session.
