Opposition party member Mr. Keo Remy asks the minister of health Dr. Hong Sun Huot to crack down on doctors and health workers who refuse to care for poor patients.
Mr. Keo Remy also said he is asking the minister to take away the doctors' licenses if they refuse to save lives.
Minister Hong Sun Huot has not yet responded to the opposition party's request but officials at the ministry of health said they are aware of the problem and is trying to solve it.
