A former FUNCINPEC member said the three political parties should form a tripartite government based on the November 5th agreement.
Mr. Nan Sy said the three political parties have a responsibility to solve the current political deadlock.
The Sam Rainsy and the FUNCINPEC party insist on a tripartite government. The Cambodian People's Party said they prefer a coalition party with FUNCINPEC.
