In an exclusive interview with VOA stringer Khemera, Prince Ranariddh said he remains optimistic about the talks to form a new parliament and new government.
Prince Ranariddh said he has told his working group to draft a letter to request renewed meetings with the Cambodian people's party as suggested by CPP's spokesman Khieu Kanariddh.
However the prince suggested that if the deadlock continues past the Cambodian New Year in April, a new election should be held.
