A high-ranking official of the Sam Rainsy Party, Mr. Keo Remy told VOA on Wednesday that the FUNCINPEC Party and the Sam Rainsy Party plan to hold two separate informal meetings on February 1, 2004 to try to explain the benefits of the alliance and to strenghten the cooperation between the two parties.
He said the first meeting will be held between the high-ranking members and activists of the two parties, and the second meeting will be held between 700 to 1200 party supporters.
