Opposition party leader Mr. Sam Rainsy said whoever said the money will lead to a fight does not understand the aid process.
A U.S. delegation led by Paul Groves, chief of staff to the Senate committee on foreign appropriations, told the leaders of the Alliance of Democrats in a meeting Wednesday about the U.S. plan to give the money to support democracy in Cambodia.
