Sixty American physicians arrived in Cambodia on the third mission of "Operation Smile" to perform free-of-charge surgery to persons with deformity of the lips, mouth and face.
During their stay, the American physicians plan to train their Cambodian counterparts, and perform operations to 150 to 200 patients at the Norodom Sihanouk hospital.
