At least four people were arrested, but later released, and about twenty are missing after a confrontation between the police and a group of Khmer Front Party (KFP) members who were trying to demonstrate against the celebrations of January 7th as the 25th anniversary of the Liberation from the genocide Khmer Rouge.
The KFP says this day is the Day Vietnam invaded and occupied Cambodia.
