A member of the Sam Rainsy party, Mr. Keo Remy wrote a letter to the co-ministers of the Interior Ministry requesting them to revoke its permits for the opening of 19 Vietnamese associations in Cambodia.
Mr. Keo Remy said Cambodian constitution only guarantee Cambodian nationals the right to form associations.
