The president of the Cambodian Border Protection Organization told VOA that Vienam has moved the demarcation posts 15 kilometers inside Cambodia in Andaung Meas district of Ratanakiri province.
Mr. Chuop Kampuchea added that the Vietnamese authorities ordered the Cambodians to move out of those areas while Cambodia's three main parties are busy fighting each other over the formation of a new government.
