The leader of the opposition party, Mr. Sam Rainsy told VOA after the meeting of the three main parties with king Norodom Sihanouk that their agreement to form a coalition government is only the first step.
He said the road is long and difficult, but the immediate steps are to make the parliament function in order to form a new government.
Mr. Rainsy talked to Khemara after the meeting.
