The president of Khmer Kampuchea Krom coordinating committee, Kim Van Chheng, accuses the Vietnamese embassy in Phnom Penh of racial discrimination against ethnic Cambodians in southern Vietnam.
He says the Vietnamese embassy refuses to reply to three applications from his committee to bring Buddhist sacred writings to the ethnic Cambodians living in four provinces in southern Vietnam.
