A spokesman for the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) says his party will not participate in any talks without Prime Minister Hun Sen.
The Alliance of Democrats says it is ready to talk with the CPP on the formation of a new government, but without Mr. Hun Sen as the next prime minister.
