The Opposition leader Sam Rainsy says the three major parties must meet with the King to ask him to intervene in trying to resolve the current deadlock.
He also says the swearing-in of the Cambodian People's Party members of Parliament is meaningless because they cannot represent the National Assembly without the presence of the Sam Rainsy Party and the FUNCINPEC Party members.
