Prime Minister Hun Sen said the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) declines to negotiate with the new Alliance of Democrats.
He said this Alliance of Democrats between the FUNCINPEC party and the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) does not have any value, any power, any weight on his CPP.
