Prime Minister Hun Sen left quietly for Vietnam on Friday, August 22, 2003, amid rumors that he may be willing to step down to become the President of the National Assembly.
However, the spokesman for the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) insists Prime Minister Hun Sen will not give up his position.
