The members of the Opposition Party in Parliament sends a petition to the President of the National Assembly, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, asking him to call on the members of the National Election Committee (NEC) to testify in Parliament and explain the irregularities that take place during the National Elections of July 27, 2003.
