Cambodian government postpones a planned cabinet meeting this Friday, August 8, 2003 because of the anticipated announcement of the Parliamentary election results by the National Election Committee (NEC).
Meanwhile, rumors spread that Ministers from the FUNCINPEC party will boycott the meeting.
