Nov Sreipov, who sells flowers outside O'Russei Market, said the rising cost of
fuel has meant she charges higher prices for her imported blooms.
But the price hike and
decreased disposable income for customers meant a decline in her business, she said, adding she was ready to vote for a party that could help.
