Royalist FUNCINPEC party puts a limit on its members not to talk to inside or outside media about the party's affairs, and giving special rights to the party's general secretary Mr. Nhek Bun Chhay.
The new goal was set after some FUNFUNPEC' s members gave information to the media about the party.
These members present different views and trends.
Mr. Nhek says that he wants to avoid conflicting views which might lead to the media's confusion about the party's political principles.
He says that those members who violate the new goal will be fined according the party's internal regulations.
He says that this is not suppressing people's opinions, but only to strengthen the party's discipline.
