Prime Minister Hun Sen Wednesday appeals to U.N. General Secretary Kofi Annan to remove U.N. special envoy on human rights in cambodia Yash Ghai because he says that Mr. Ghai does not know about Cambodia.
This comment is made one day after Mr. Yash Ghai criticizes the government's crackdown on the opposition, and that the human rights condition and the political situation in Cambodia improve little under Mr. Hun Sen's rule, and the power is polarized to only one person: Mr. Hun Sen.
Mr. Ghai made the comments at the end of his second visit to Cambodia.
