Prime Minister Hun Sen on Monday rejects Prince Ranariddh's proposal to form a Ministry of Immigration and Naturalization.
Prince Ranariddh is the president of FUNCINPEC party.
Mr. Hun Sen says that to do this is to divide the police force between a police force for the immigration, and the police force for security.
He says that he needs the police force to fight terrorism. He adds that anti-terrorism is important in the region.
