The three men were arrested late Wednesday in Rayong province. They were identified by the Thai police as Prakart Buntha, 40; Thavorn Kongduk, 41; and Samchai Chuklin, 33.

A few days after the killing of 5 Khmer migrant workers in Rayong province, Cambodian government sent Thailand a letter asking the Thai government to investigate and to bring those responsible to justice.

Secretary of state of the Cambodian ministry of foreign affairs Long Visalo told a press conference in Phnom Penh Thursday that the three murder suspects are the co-workers of the victims.

Mr. Long said the suspects alledgedly killed the Khmer migrant workers after they had learned that the Khmer workers had saved up some money.
