Homeowners-utility Companies Clash over Rooftop Solar
Solar energy production in the U.S. continues to grow at a rate of 60 percent a year. But as more and more homeowners adopt solar energy, some are complaining the trend unfairly shifts the cost of maintaining the nation's electrical grid to non-solar customers. Jeff Swicord reports.
