Dressing Up Helps Students Improve Behavior and, Maybe, Grades

One day each week, more than 700 pre-teens come to Mayfield Intermediate School in Manassas, Virginia dressed like professionals. They wear suits, ties, nice dresses or skirts and blouses. It's a far cry from the usual jeans and sweatshirts common in American classrooms.
